Dr. Ronald M. Sherman has over 30 yrs. professional experience as an counselor, educator, childcare facility administrator, and minister. As an Executive Director of a non-profit organization that provided rehabilitative care for abused, abandoned, and troubled youth, he discovered the tremendous benefits of using temperament assessment and analysis instruments not only in counseling, but also in areas of staff development, personal relationships and character building. Dr. Sherman has earned B.A. Degrees in Education & Music, a Masters Degree. in Counseling and a PhD in Christian Counseling with a concentration in Temperament Therapy and Counseling.
