1. Maximized Relationships
For everyone — individuals, groups, churches, and organizations

The foundation seminar. Participants discover their own temperament, learn the biblical basis for how God designed human behavior, and gain practical tools for understanding and connecting with others. This seminar serves as the core content for all other seminars in the series.

2. Maximized Marriages
For married couples & singles seeking stronger relationships

Built on the Maximized Relationships core, this seminar goes deeper into what makes marriages thrive — or struggle. Couples complete their own Temperament Analysis Profile and participate in private one-on-one sessions with Dr. Ron to explore how their unique temperaments interact.

Couples discover how to:

  • Identify and fulfill each other's emotional and relational needs

  • Recognize areas of temperament tension before they become conflict

  • Speak each other's temperament language

3. Maximized Parenting
For parents, educators, and children's ministry workers

Every child is wired differently — and parenting becomes dramatically more effective when you understand how. This seminar helps parents and caregivers recognize each child's temperament and respond in ways that nurture, motivate, and connect.

Combination Seminars

 

Two or three seminars can easily be combined into a single weekend event. The most popular combination is Maximized Marriages + Maximized Parenting — a natural pairing for any church family weekend or marriage and family conference.

Scheduling & Format

 

Seminars are flexible and designed to fit your church or organization's schedule. A typical format looks like this:

Friday Evening — TAP profiles administered and temperament
                               basics introduced (2–3 hours)

Saturday — Full seminar presentation (5-6 hours)

 

This two-day format gives participants time to process the material overnight and prevents information overload. Other formats — consecutive weekends, evening sessions across multiple days — are available based on your needs.

Each participant receives a Basic Temperament Profile and a seminar workbook.

Seminar Fees

 

Fees are based on the seminar type, group size, and duration. Contact Dr. Ron for a custom quote — most churches and organizations find the investment well within reach.
