Jeremiah 29:11 tells us: “ ‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord…”

 

God designed each of us with His plan in mind. The plan or calling on your life requires a definite set of strengths, giftings, and mental and emotional attributes. God “wired” your inner-being in a way with these unique qualities that potentially will help you perfectly fulfill HIs plan.  That inward “wiring” is called your Temperament. 

 

A person’s temperament determines how they react to people, places and things. In short, it is how people interact with their environment and the world around them.

 

Each temperament ‘speaks” it’s own unique “language”. 

 

In all relationships, communication is one of the most defining factors of how successful and fruitful a relationship is. There are two basic building blocks for great communication...

 

  > First..understand your own temperament language 

  > Second...understanding the temperament language of the other person or persons. 

 

The classic breakdown in relationships, in the vast majority of cases, is a breakdown in communication…the inability for people to understand each other's temperament language. 

 

To enjoy successful relationships, it is extremely important to understand the gifts, the strengths, and the corresponding weaknesses of those we interact with. 

 

My goal and mission is to help people learn about their own God-designed temperament, and then to teach them how to identify the basic temperament of those they are in relationships with.  

 

When people become empowered by this knowledge and begin to apply it, their marriages, parent-child relationships, ministries, and all other relationships will be dramatically improved.
